These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and the Privacy Policy constitute a legal agreement ("Agreement") between you and Life Rise. This Agreement applies to:
Practitioners: Healthcare providers listed on the Website.
End-Users: Patients or representatives searching for healthcare services.
Third-Party Pharmacies: Licensed entities fulfilling prescriptions.
By accessing the Website, you irrevocably accept these conditions. We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time, and your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of those changes.
You must be 18 years of age or older to register or use the Services. By using Life Rise, you represent that you have the right and capacity to enter into this Agreement.
Life Rise collects device information and usage data to improve service quality.
We may use your email or phone number for order-related communication and feedback.
Accuracy: You are responsible for the authenticity of the information you provide. Life Rise is not liable for inaccuracies in User-provided data.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. You must notify Life Rise immediately of any unauthorized use.
Information provided on the Website is for educational purposes and to assist in locating care. It does not create a doctor-patient relationship between Life Rise and the User. Clinical relationships exist only between the User and the independent Practitioner.
LIFE RISE SERVICES ARE NOT FOR MEDICAL EMERGENCIES. If you are facing a life-threatening situation, please contact local ambulance services or a hospital immediately.
Practitioners represent that they are duly licensed and qualified to practice medicine in India. You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile content.
Practitioners must ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations governing telemedicine and professional conduct while rendering services through the platform.
Users are strictly prohibited from hosting, uploading, or sharing information that:
Belongs to another person without authorization.
Is harmful, defamatory, obscene, or racially/ethnically objectionable.
Infringes on any patent, trademark, or copyright.
Contains software viruses or disrupts site integrity.
Threatens the unity or security of India.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Life Rise and its "Protected Entities" shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from:
Medical negligence or inappropriate treatment by Practitioners.
Failure of Third-Party Pharmacies to fulfill orders.
Unauthorized access to your data. The total aggregate liability of Life Rise shall not exceed Rs. 1,000/-.
Life Rise reserves the right to suspend or terminate User access if:
Any terms of this Agreement are breached.
Information provided cannot be authenticated.
Illegal or fraudulent activity is suspected.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The courts of INDIA shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
